Introduction to Su Gongpu: "Su Gongpu" is the secluded residence of Su Yunqing, a famous scholar in the Song Dynasty. Su Yunqing came to Nanchang during the Shaoxing period of the Southern Song Dynasty and lived alone in a cottage on a small island in the East Lake. He carried water and watered vegetables during the day and held candles and weaved shoes at night. He often gave the surplus to his neighbors, and people respected him as "Su Weng". Su Yunqing's young friend Zhang Jun was the prime minister in the court, and people were sent to invite him to join the court as an official. Su quietly left in the middle of the night and never returned. Later generations admired his noble nature and once built the "Su Gong Temple" to worship him.
