It fully demonstrates Yingkou’s human resources and culture represented by the hometown of music. Natural resources represented by hot springs. The composition of the park draws on the layout of Minghu Lake, a coastal industrial base in Liaoning, imitating the endless movement of yin and yang fish, implying the vigorous development of Yingkou's "one city, two ports". The two pianos and violins in the exhibition garden echo the two underground band stages, praising Yingkou's economic prosperity and the good life of Yingkou people.
