Introduction to Baosheng Zen Temple: Baosheng Zen Temple was originally called Wusongyuan. It was built in the Tang Dynasty and rebuilt in the Song Dynasty. It was renamed Baosheng Zen Temple in the Yuan Dynasty. During the Qianlong period of the Qing Dynasty, the Xiuxian Hall, Sutra Pavilion and Zhaitang were added. , is now a key protected Buddhist temple in Anhui Province. The temple is known as "the first ancient temple in southern Anhui" and also enjoys the reputation of "Huangbo Patriarch's Dojo" of Linji Sect. Li Chen, Emperor Xuanzong of the Tang Dynasty, once became a monk and lived in seclusion here when he was the crown prince. He wrote the famous line "If you ask about the affairs in the south of the Yangtze River in Chang'an, you will report the scenery in the west of the water".
