Hekou Nanxi River Scenic Area Tourism Guide

Scenic spot introduction:

The Nanxi River Scenic Area at the mouth of the river is famous for its rivers, caves and Yao customs. It is a pearl on the border between China and Vietnam. The Nanxi River, with abundant water, flows through towns and forests, accompanied by trains, and finally merges into the Red River. The scenery along the coast is unparalleled and the biological value is extremely high. In recent years, many tourists have come here specially for sightseeing, border trade and shopping, and to experience the unique customs.

Attractions distribution:

Nanxi River is located northwest of Nanxi Town, about 32 kilometers away from the mouth of the border fortress. The scenic area includes more than 10 scenic spots, including Yuanshi Cave, Yunnan-Vietnam Railway, Lotus Cave Stone Carvings, Daweishan National Nature Reserve, Huayu Cave National Forest Park, and Nanxi River Rafting. Many tourists will also leave the country here to visit Lao Cai, Hanoi and other places in Vietnam.
