Introduction to Deshengsha Road: Located in the northwest of the old urban area of ​​Haikou, it is a 520-meter-long street starting from Xinhua North Road in the east and reaching the northern end of Longhua Road in the west. Deshengsha was called "Waisha" in ancient times, so named because "there is a piece of flat sand outside Haikou".
