Introduction to the ferry site: On February 19, 1935, Mao Zedong rushed to Taipingdu via Baisha in Gulin County. At 9 o'clock that night, Mao Zedong took a boat across the Chishui River from this ferry. Lin Biao, Nie Rongzhen, Zuo Quan and others also crossed Chishui for the second time from here.
