Introduction to Gao Guizi Mansion: Gao Guizi Mansion is located at No. 83 Jianguo Road. It was one of the places where Chiang Kai-shek lived in Xi'an after the Xi'an Incident broke out. It now belongs to the Shaanxi Provincial Writers Association. On December 12, 1936, Zhang Xueliang and Yang Hucheng launched the Xi'an Incident. On the same day, Chiang Kai-shek was sent to Huanglou in Xincheng. Two days later, Chiang Kai-shek was moved to the Gao Guizi Mansion next to Zhang Xueliang's Mansion. Chiang Kai-shek lived here for eleven days. These eleven days were perhaps the most embarrassing and difficult eleven days in his life.
