D1 Aden short-term: Chonggu Meadow, Chonggu Temple, Pearl Sea

It takes about 10:30 to get to the tourist center of the scenic spot. The altitude of the tourist center is about 3000. It takes about 50min to take the bus to Zhaguanbeng. Most of the drivers are Tibetan and their driving skills are superb. The entire bus journey is on a very narrow two-lane winding mountain road. It is easy to get nausea and vomiting and motion sickness. If the motion sickness is severe, you can bring motion sickness medicine, but it may cause headaches and aggravate high reflexes. It is recommended to turn off the bus. Take a break and listen to the radio. After arriving at Zhaguanbeng, we started hiking. The sky was clear and the air was refreshing. My mood was beautiful. Tips: walk slowly and slowly, drink plenty of water to replenish blood nutrients to avoid high reflexes. The Chonggu meadow in this season is soft and warm with a matcha color. I am really amazed. This is the filming location of the movie "Passing Through Your World". There is no beauty or filter in the whole process. Any photo or video you take can be a blockbuster. The Pearl Sea has an altitude of 4080 and requires climbing and hiking 1.5km from Chonggu Temple. The natural glacier lake is like a gem. It is called Dolma Latso in Tibetan, and the blue of Yunnan. Moon Valley doesn't look like it either. When climbing the Pearl Sea, I walked too fast and became excited, which caused high reflexes. I took half a bottle of oxygen and returned to the hotel at about 6 and 7 hours. Because we were not feeling well, we chose to eat self-heating hot pot and rice in the room. During this period, when we went to the front desk to inquire about long-term precautions, we took our body temperature 37.1°C. I thought about giving up on the next day’s long term many times, but I still took Lotus Qingwen and had an early rest to maintain my physical condition for the long term.

D2 Aden long-term line: Luorong Cow Farm, Milk Sea, Five Color Sea
