Fried crispy tripe, 40 yuan, average. Two portions of rice cost 6 yuan, two portions of tableware cost 2 yuan, and the total cost was 98 yuan.

We complained that it was too expensive, and the boss said that the price of Pu'er was much higher than that of Dali. The breeder began to mutter, are we too poor?

When I walked out of the restaurant, I realized that there were all kinds of 4S stores and an elementary school nearby, except this one restaurant. Oh, it turns out it’s not because we are poor, it’s the monopoly that’s causing trouble. Fortunately, we’re lucky.

While waiting for Xiaowo, I recalled my childhood. Brother Chen also watched with gusto the Snow Child, Tom and Jerry, and Calabash Baby that we watched when we were young.

In the afternoon, the breeder took us to Pu'er Tea Source Square and started working hard, leaving me alone to take Brother Chen around.

This is the largest tea market in Pu'er City. There are relatively few customers in the market now. Every year when new tea comes on the market in spring, tea merchants from all over the country gather here to purchase a year's worth of inventory.

The breeder finished work after five o'clock and took us to learn about the tea culture. I saw a relatively large "Yuhuan Tea Industry" and went in to have a look. The boss, Brother Chen, is very nice. He knew from the beginning that we didn’t want to buy tea, but he still enthusiastically let us sit down, took us to taste the fragrance of tea, and taught us the tea ceremony.

During the chat, I told Brother Chen that in the past, people in Xinjiang never knew that there was such a thing as washing tea when drinking tea. They just put it directly into the teapot and started simmering it. Every time they drank tea, they would accidentally take a few mouthfuls. Regarding tea, I only learned about making tea and washing tea leaves after I went to college.

Brother Chen laughed so hard that his chin dropped, "How can you drink tea without washing it? You have to wash it at least twice!" The tea I drank since I was a child is what people call tea washing water. Hahaha, no wonder it has always been I have no connection with tea. It turns out that the way I opened it was always wrong!

Pu'er tea is mainly produced in Xishuangbanna, Lincang, Pu'er and other areas of Yunnan Province. Pu'er tea pays attention to brewing techniques and the art of drinking. There are many ways to drink Pu'er tea, which can be drunk neat or mixed. Pu'er tea has a rich orange-yellow soup, a sharp and long-lasting aroma, a unique aroma, a rich taste, and is durable for brewing for a long time.

Why do most of the Pu'er teas we usually see are "Qizi Cake Tea"?

In the border trade tea horse market that started in the Tang Dynasty, when trading Pu'er tea, 7 cakes of tea must be bundled into a tube, plus one cake. Seven pieces of the pie are used for trading, and the other piece is used for taxes. Weight statement: Because one cake of tea is 357 grams, one tube has seven cakes; 357 grams * 7 cakes of tea = 2499 grams, about 2.5 kilograms. One piece of 12 tubes is about 30kg. A horse can carry two pieces of about 60 kilograms, no more, no less, just enough.

The ancient Tea Horse Road was long and difficult, and people who transported tea would have to wait several months before returning to their hometown. Therefore, "Qizi Cake" also represents family reunion.

Fossilized Pu'er tea is a high-quality ripe tea from ancient Pu'er tea trees. Also known as broken silver and gold that cannot be exchanged.

Orange Pu'er is made by hollowing out the pulp of fresh tangerine peel, adding Pu'er tea, and then roasting, drying, annealing, aging and other processes over dark fire. Orange Pu'er is rich in vitamins, has a sweet and sweet tea taste, and has a unique aroma. It is the first choice for soothing the liver and lungs, regulating qi and strengthening the spleen, relieving alcoholism, detoxifying tobacco, resisting computer radiation, drying dampness and reducing phlegm, losing weight and reducing lipids, and for beauty and health care.

It is worth mentioning Icelandic Pu'er tea. Its biggest feature is that the location of the tea mountain is the most attractive. There are no developers purely pursuing commercial value, no bustling markets, and no profit-seeking tea farmers. Tea trees grow freely here and breathe freely. Objectively, it also contributes to the original ecological quality of the tea trees in the tea mountain.
