You can fly to Changbaishan Airport or Changchun Longjia Airport. Changbaishan Airport can reach Wanda/Luneng Resort in 20 minutes. Changchun Airport can be reached by scenic express train, which takes about 5 hours.

Trains can reach Songjianghe Railway Station (West Slope/Ski Resort) or Erdaobaihe Railway Station (North Slope/Diamond Rafting), which are currently not connected to high-speed rail. Erdaobaihe High-speed Railway Station is expected to open at the end of November.

Wanda Resort is the first choice for skiing. It has 9 hotels of different grades with complete supporting facilities and more complete ski resorts.

Next is Luneng Ski Resort. The two Nordic-style hotels are very suitable for taking pictures and are more cost-effective. The ski resort is relatively gentle, but the surrounding facilities are not complete enough.

There are only five-star hotels in Changbaishan Wanda International Resort. Among them, Hyatt, Park Hyatt, Westin and Sheraton are five-star hotels, and Hyatt is the closest to the ski resort. There are also budget hotels not far away, such as Holiday Inn, Suite Holiday, Ibis and Holiday Inn Express.

Stay one night at a hotel in the Wanda Resort and get a one-day snow pass, and you can use snowboards, snowshoes and helmets for free.

The price of skiing on weekdays is 650 yuan per person, while in resort hotels, the price of a double room in the peak ski season is 2,000+ per night, and comes with free hot spring tickets, snow play park, water park tickets, etc.

It is best to bring your own snow suits, gloves, ski goggles and ski masks. Rent snow suits on site for 60/day, snow goggles for 30/day, etc.

Changbaishan Wanda International Resort Ski Resort has magic carpet trails for beginners; intermediate trails from easy to difficult include Little Gentleman, Gentleman, Tunnel, Little White Tiger and other ski trails; and advanced trails include Little General. If you are a novice, it is best to hire a coach. Ski instructor prices range from 700/day.

You can also ski at night, but it is best to wear an extra layer when skiing at night because the temperature is much lower at night.

The five-star hotel in the ski resort has a free buffet in the morning, so be sure not to eat too much while skiing. There are KFC, McDonald's, Pizza Hut, etc. in the ski resort towns outside the ski resort at noon. Food is relatively expensive, and you can get a full meal for around 60.

It’s relatively cheap to eat at the gourmet street in the resort town. A lunch costs 10~, including 3 vegetarian dishes and 1 soup, and a filling meal.

In the evening, in the ski resort town, there are dishes such as sauerkraut copper hot pot, volcanic stone barbecue, Northeastern iron pot stew, etc. After dinner, you can take a dip in the hot springs.
