There is a sightseeing bus in the scenic area from the main entrance to the Jiulong Cave at the end of the scenic area (5 yuan/person). The viewing platform on the main road is the best viewing spot.
The recommended tour route of the scenic spot is: turn right after entering the gate, start from the small road, go from Xianren Cave via Maple Leaf Plank Road, cross Xiangtan, Tiansheng Bridge, and then climb all the way to Jiulong Cave. After turning back from Jiulong Cave, you need to take the main road (car road) ) to the observation deck and eventually back to the main entrance. There are also shops selling cold drinks and snacks in the park. At the same time, you must pay attention to safety. The jungle is dense and there may be snakes.
Xiangshui Waterfall
From Zhongdu Ancient Town to Xiangqiao Karst National Geological Park, you must pass the scenic spot . The waterfall is located on the side of the county road, with layers of waterfalls. The wet season in summer is very spectacular, and locals will cool off in the water pools, but the dry season in winter is lackluster, so there is no need to stay there.
Xiangshui Stone Forest
There is also Xiangshui Stone Forest one kilometer away from Xiangshui Waterfall toward Xiangqiao Karst National Geopark . The stone forest can be viewed just off the county road, or you can spend an extra 10 yuan to let the locals go around to the inside of the stone forest. The stone forest is a typical buried stone forest, shaped like a sword and relatively dense. Xiangshui Stone Forest is undergoing tourism development, and trails have been built inside the stone forest.
