In the past few days, I have encountered an annoying matter. For a project last year, because there was no clear communication with the customer before, there was a serious misunderstanding between the two parties, which made everyone unhappy.

I haven't been feeling well these past two days. I'm always on edge. As soon as a customer receives a message, I don't dare to reply easily. I'm afraid that my wording will be wrong again. I immediately run to ask the leader how to reply and find a solution. The leader was very patient. He analyzed the pros and cons with me again and again, rationalized the logic, and wrote out the solutions to me. He did not criticize or say harsh words, but asked me to sum up my experience and lessons so that I would not make the same mistake again next time. But it is still very sad, not only because I have been working for so many years, but similar situations have happened several times, and each time I did not reflect and make adjustments.

The experience and feelings brought about by this mistake were terrible. I couldn't sleep well for two consecutive nights, and I woke up in the middle of the night and suddenly felt very sad. Especially on two occasions when I had to take the initiative to call customers, my mind went blank or my heart beat loudly, my hands and feet were trembling, my voice became hoarse, and I almost couldn't pronounce my voice. The solution is to go to the outdoor yard where the birds are singing and the flowers are fragrant, sit under the warm sunshine, look at the note with the words to communicate with the customer, take a deep breath, calm the heartbeat, cheer yourself up, and then call the customer. It's so bad!

Fortunately, things are already developing for the better. This incident has also taught me a profound lesson. I must think more and have a balanced mentality in my work in the future.
