The moment I saw Mount Everest, my life before the age of 24 was complete.
The second I left Mount Everest, my life after the age of 24 continued.
Reaching out towards Mount Everest, I want to make peace with the world and make friends with time. I want to let go of obsessions and forgive setbacks.
Mount Everest, the king of the Himalayas, the clouds are like a crown, flaunting his kingly spirit and praising the majesty of his mountains.
The mountains are one journey, the water is one journey, and people are on the journey.
For me, this trip was unknown. It was my first time talking to Tibet and my first time being with the plateau. The unknown is fear, and fear is the knowledge of safety.
The night before I left, I barely slept. Who knows the risks and tribulations, how can we know the direction and hardships. Tossing and turning, having trouble falling asleep. Although all your luggage is ready, prepare enough food and water so that you won't starve. The sweatshirt and long johns I bought temporarily in Dunhuang, I have everything ready! Just lack a brave heart.
I was once extremely strong, but then I was broken by the world. I want to protect myself on the road! Then let’s go!
The sun rises from the east side of the Potala Palace and shines brightly on the earth. The Lhasa River flows quietly, and the young man’s journey is on the road!
Along the way, the altitude is above 4,000 meters. The last time I walked this high, I was out of breath walking on the 4.2-kilometer plank road in Pudacuo Park, and now it is four days since the trip started.
But Mount Everest is right there. If you can’t get over it, I’ll go over there.
I learned about mountain maps in high school, so I wanted to take a look; I learned about plate motions in college geology classes, so I wanted to take a look; I learned about the highest mountains from an education internship, so I wanted to take a look. Just like the Tibetans who piously arrive in Lhasa in three steps and one long head, I must see the true appearance of Mount Everest.
Go and find the mountain.
I would rather miss the dazzling stars of Namtso and Nyenchen Tanglha Mountains, the beauty of the plateau in Nyingchi, and the thrilling turns of the Brahmaputra River. I would rather miss Mount Everest! do not miss it!
Starting from Shigatse via G318, it is a distance of nearly 340 kilometers, about seven hours' drive, hundreds of turning points on winding mountain roads, several passes over 5,000 meters above sea level, countless border inspection stations, and a bumpy journey. I want to go, I hear the call from far away.
The extreme lack of oxygen did not extinguish my enthusiasm, and the fire in my heart continued to burn hard.
My parents warned me countless times, and the oxygen tank of the traveler next to me continued to work. The clouds and mist in the distance looked like a white Hada.
I never thought I would be able to climb Mount Everest in my lifetime, and it was clear that I just wanted to see Mount Everest with my own eyes.
The Everest Base Camp at 5,200 meters is already higher than the average mountain. You can see the highest at a higher place, that’s it!
The majesty of the mountain and my courage have merged into one in an instant!
When a girl walks alone on a 5,200-meter mountain road, my yearning for freedom, the challenge of physical limits, and the courage of the unknown in the distance, this is me!
"You can pick up the stars with your hands, but you dare not speak loudly for fear of frightening the heavens."
This may be how I feel at the Everest base camp, even though I am not capable of waving the national flag on the top of the snow-capped mountains. But I have tried my best to climb to the highest point in my life. Being a watcher and pilgrim on Mount Everest is also satisfying.
The height of life is not the height of my life.
In this way, my journey to the snow-covered Tibet has come to an end, and I am about to embark on my return journey. I believe that the gods at the top of the snow-covered land have heard the prayers of the believers, praying for peace and joy, Tashi Delek.
That day, I closed my eyes in the fragrant mist of the sutra hall and suddenly heard the mantras in your chanting of sutras.
That month I shook all the prayer wheels, not for salvation, just to touch your fingertips
That year, I kowtowed and prostrated on the mountain road, not to meet you, just to stay close to your warmth.
In that life, I walked around mountains, rivers, and pagodas, not to cultivate the next life, just to meet you on the way.
That night, I listened to Sanskrit singing all night, not for enlightenment, just to find a trace of your breath.
That month I turned all the prayer wheels, not for salvation, just to touch your fingerprints
That year I bowed my head and hugged the dust, not to worship Buddha, just to stay close to your warmth
In that life, I traveled through hundreds of thousands of mountains, not to cultivate the next life, just to meet you on the road.
At that moment, I ascended to immortality, not for immortality, but for your happiness and peace.

I chose to apply for a travel agency for my trip to Mount Everest. For safety reasons, at least there would be professional treatment for altitude sickness.
I didn’t suffer from severe altitude sickness because my previous trip was a process of gradually increasing altitude, which is recommended but not suitable for everyone.
Everest base camp is closed due to the epidemic, so they live in a village at the foot of the mountain. 11 men and women live together in a five-star Datong shop, with limited conditions.
At night, a few of us young people took pictures of the stars! The stars are "in the distance" within reach.
The journey to Mount Everest requires courage. Faced with many factors such as hypoxia, motion sickness, cold, etc., after all these years, is it still difficult to survive in life?
He joked that after seeing Mount Everest, he had a profound understanding of life!
