Dujiangyan is located in the west of Dujiangyan City (formerly Guan County), Chengdu City, Sichuan Province. It is located on the Minjiang River in the west of the Chengdu Plain, about 50 kilometers away from Chengdu City and 20 kilometers away from Qingcheng Mountain Scenic Area. The greatest thing is that the weir has endured for more than 2,250 years and is playing an increasingly important role. After the completion of the Dujiangyan Irrigation System, the Chengdu Plain became thousands of miles of fertile and wild land. "People are affected by floods and droughts, but they don't know about famine. There is no shortage of years. This is called Tianfu."

How to get to Dujiangyan from Chengdu?
1. Car (there is a direct connection from Chadianzi Bus Station | Departure time is: 7:30-19:00)
2. Train (Xipu Station-Dujiangyan | Take bus No. 4 out of the station or take a taxi to Dujiangyan)
3. Self-driving (about half an hour west of Chengguan Expressway)
4. Direct trains to scenic spots (also available at Chengdu Wuhou Temple Visitor Center and Kuanzhai Alley)
