Part 1

Lingshan Town · Nianhua Bay

I have been planning to go to Nianhua Bay for a long time, but I kept putting it off until the Mid-Autumn Festival in 2018.

Ⅰ Regarding preparation - bring money, documents, dress nicely, check the route, buy tickets in advance, and set off. It is recommended to bring less snacks. We brought a lot in the car and didn’t eat much in the end.

Ⅱ About the route - If you are going by car, just follow the navigation; If you are going by car, check the bus time in advance.

Ⅲ Regarding accommodation - I personally suggest that if you have enough time, you can stay one night at Nianhua Inn or Paramita Hotel in the scenic area. There are relatively few people in the foreground area at 9 o'clock in the morning, so you don't have to worry about everyone taking pictures. (The scenic area does not open to the public until 9 o'clock) Remember to book accommodation online in advance.

Comparison between Nianhua Inn and Paramita Hotel:

What they have in common: They are all in scenic spots. (o(∩_∩)o Haha, it’s like I didn’t say anything)

Difference: Nianhua Inn is within the main tourist area; Paramita Hotel is far away from the main tourist area, but closer to Luming Valley.

Nianhua Inn is divided into many inns with different themes and names; Paramita Hotel is what a hotel looks like.

The check-in place for Nianhua Inn is at the entrance of the scenic spot. After checking in, there will be a shuttle bus to the inn at the entrance of the scenic spot. The route from Paramita Hotel to the scenic spot seems to be different from that of Nianhua Inn. During peak periods, there will be diverted.

(Since I have not stayed at the Paramita Hotel, some information about it can only be written roughly.)

Little monks with different postures,
Forming a unique landscape in Nianhua Bay

The light is the dancer, then the entire scenic spot is her stage

A flower is a world, a tree is a floating life, a grass is a paradise, a leaf is a Tathagata, a sand is a bliss, a square is a pure land, a smile is a fate, and a thought is pure.

Personal suggestion: Order their dishes a la carte. Although the food may not be served very quickly, it is better than the set menu.

This store is by the lake, has a nice environment, and the food is pretty good.

There are not many varieties in the store.

Except for the spicy ones, we had one of every other kind.

To sum up, the soup dumplings are indeed delicious

For wontons,

According to personal taste, I prefer shrimp filling.

Part 2

Xue Fucheng's former residence

It is said that Xue Fucheng's mansion was once called "Xue Bancheng", which shows how big the mansion is. After passing through the main hall and reaching the inner courtyard, a neat row of houses comes to you. In front of the door is a small open courtyard, where it is not a problem to have a badminton match. Walking along the corridor, you can see the quiet back garden, with many small bridges and flowing water, and pavilions. Mom joked that anyone hiding in this courtyard would not be discovered.
