It is said that West Street existed when Yangshuo County was established in the 10th year of Emperor Kaihuang's reign in the Sui Dynasty (590). It has evolved and developed from generation to generation and has a long history.

The streets are already filled with sumptuous feasts , and we can’t resist the temptation of countless delicacies here. You can eat pure Western food and exotic snacks. Of course, Yangshuo’s authentic rice noodles, glutinous rice cakes and other famous foods and snacks are available. We chose a local Chinese restaurant. After having a full meal, walked into the endless flow of people.
It is a small street that is not long. The shops facing the street are one after another. There are people who make silverware, repair watches, nail scales, wax woks, tailors, make shoulder poles, weave bamboo baskets and wreaths, and mend. Shoes... Each shop has its own style. Those old trades that have almost disappeared can be found on this short old street. Of course, there are more bars, coffee houses, inns, and handicraft shops. Foreigners with high noses and blue eyes, artists with pigtails and long beards, travel-worn donkey walkers, and lazy and drunken tourists. Hanging ancient lanterns, bright Western restaurants, mixed with the customs of various ethnic groups, mixed with Chinese and Western culture, like a sea of songs, like a tide of people, it can be called bizarre, but it can also be called charming.
The old street is different from the splendor of modern buildings. It has a long-standing architectural system and the imprint of time, giving off an old-time color, quiet but full of flavor. My mind is sometimes empty, and sometimes I am thinking about certain people, certain things, certain moments in my memory...Wandering around, a different kind of emotion will arise deep in my heart. Go to West Street, and even more It's more of a state of mind.
At night on West Street, people of different nationalities, different skin colors, and different languages speak, either holding hands or carrying backpacks, walking shoulder to shoulder. Those foreign girls with delicate clothes and dignified looks really have an incomprehensible temperament, exuding sexiness in their bones, making you unable to control yourself and be seduced and pulled by her.
Under the lanterns, the West Street is even more charming. "Like a charming but uncontaminated woman, there is no need to wink at you. Just smile and you will lose your soul."
We entered a Stone Rose bar that exuded a nostalgic atmosphere. Under the blurry lights , we, who did not know how to drink, substituted wine for drinks and drank beer freely. The purity of the wine, the forgetfulness of the song, the whole bar is full of exotic atmosphere, is filled with sweetness, the lamp is in a trance in the wine, the wine is rippling under the lamp, and the person is confused in the wine? I have to say that West Street is a suitable place for falling in love.
