Dubai·2019

During the winter vacation of 2019, I took my children on a long-awaited family trip to Dubai. Dubai is a place that many people are very curious about and yearn for. It is the economic and financial center of the Middle East, with the Burj Khalifa, the tallest artificial building in the world, and the Palm Island, the largest artificial island project in the world. Dubai was founded in December 1971. The first leader, Zayed, led the seven emirates to establish the country. A presidential election system was implemented. The election is held every five years. He must be the chief of the seven emirates. The country has the right to vote. The country has a total area of 83,600 square kilometers and a population of more than 8 million. Only 20% are locals and 80% are foreigners! The oil storage capacity is relatively large! Everyone here cherishes water because it is scarce! In this magical country, my children and I took a family trip to Dubai that is not included in the travel guide! We took our children to visit an Islamic primary school and interact with local children; we explored the Falcon Hospital and unveiled the mystery of falcons; we visited Dubai Park, which includes four parks; we experienced the comfort and luxury of a 5-star hotel throughout the entire journey...

DAY1

High-tech eye scanning mask technology

After getting off the plane in Dubai, we took the train. You only need to take your passport and go through customs, which is convenient and fast. You also experienced a high-tech eye mask scanning technology. In fact, you were inadvertently having your eye mask scanned by high-tech means, and no one felt it at all!
Visit the world's largest Falcon Hospital
The first stop was to visit the world’s largest falconry hospital in Abu Dhabi, where we came to learn and experience the Arabian falconry culture.
In the Falcon Hospital, falcons have more comfortable living conditions and medical assistance. Local nobles and royal families have the habit of domesticating falcons. In order to ensure the health of falcons, the Falcon Hospital was established in 1999. Let’s take a look. There are various types of falcons, among which the white falcon is the most precious.
There is a well-equipped medical clinic at Falcon Hospital.
Each falcon has its own unique case and requires regular physical examinations every year. They all wear anklets, which is the basis for the staff to identify them. There is a golden hook on the falcon's back feathers.
You can put a small radar tracker on the hook so that the falcon will not get lost. If the falcon leaves the country, it needs a passport before it can take a plane!
When a falcon owner goes out, he or she can send the falcon to be fostered in the Falcon Hotel of the Falcon Hospital. The price is 35 dirhams per night, including meals, and you can also enjoy VIP treatment.

Check inSheikh Zayed Grand Mosque

Sheikh Zayed Mosque: It is the largest mosque in theUnited Arab Emirates and the second largest in the Muslim world. It cost $5.5 billion and took 13 years to build in SheikhAbu Dhabi. The Grand Mosque was built to commemorate Sheikh Abu Dhabi, the first president of the United Arab Emirates in 1972.

We and our children devoutly witnessed the beauty of the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque. The entire building is magnificent, luxurious, holy and pure. The building materials include white marble, marble, gold, gemstones, crystal, etc., and the cost is naturally high.
It has the largest gold-plated crystal chandelier in the world. The chandelier is located on the main dome of the worship hall. Its surface is entirely gold-plated and studded with thousands of Swarovski crystals, making it radiant.

Check into Yas Hotel

The Yas Hotel we stayed at on our first night in Dubai was particularly nice. The hotel faces the Formula One racing track and is shaped like a pistol. It is said that renting a corner of the track costs 80,000 dirhams.
We also had an F1 racing training session during our stay. The sound of the racing car was really exciting. The children were very excited. They also enjoyed the sky hotel swimming pool on the top floor, which is a great design.

DAY2

Abu Dhabi City Tour

Abu Dhabi: is the capital of the United Arab Emirates and the capital of the emirate of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Abu Dhabi is located on the west-central coast of the United Arab Emirates, with 80% of its population being immigrants from other countries. Oil has changed the destiny of Abu Dhabi. Abu Dhabi has the fifth largest oil reserves in the world. The wealth of oil has allowed the Nayan family to ascend to the throne of the President of the United Arab Emirates.
During a city tour in Abu Dhabi, teach children the meaning of the UAE flag: red represents courage, green represents faith, white represents peace and security, and black represents land and oil.

Abu Dhabi Heritage Village

We came to the Abu Dhabi Folk Village, which records the life of the indigenous people of Abu Dhabi before oil was discovered.
We saw the nomadic tents inhabited by the Bedouins in the desert, houses made of palm leaves and mud, and camels and horses in the fences. These were the main means of transportation for the early Arabs. We also saw the furnishings in their houses. With carpets and pillows, everyone is used to sitting on the floor, enjoying tea and snacks.
Behind the folk village is the beautiful Persian Gulf, with blue-green water and fine white sand on the shore. I saw the Persian Gulf for the first time and I loved it!

Enjoy Dubailand

Explore the world's largest theme park - "Dubai Park"! Here, Anime Gate, Bollywood Theme Park, Lego Theme Park and Lego Water Park form an exciting world of adventure. There are four paradises in total.
It just so happens that Legoland Water Park is closed! There were no tourists at Legoland at all on this day, so there was no need to queue at all. The pass we bought allows us to enter and exit any park at will. There is no need to queue in the park. We can play all the basic activities. The children are very happy!

Check into Dubai Paradise Hotel

We stayed at the Dubai Paradise Hotel today! From the hotel to Legoland, you need to pass through the round arch in Figure 3 and then cross the bridge. It only takes 7 minutes to walk, and the distance is very close.
The hotel environment and rooms are very good. Children especially like it. The breakfast is also very rich.
On Sunday, Legoland closes at 18:00 in the afternoon, Animation Gate and Bollywood Park close at 21:00 and 22:00 in the evening. The advantage of staying in the park hotel is that you can play as much as you want until the park closes and see what the park looks like at night. .
The children also had beautiful hairstyles.

Delicious food in Asian restaurant

We had dinner at the Asian restaurant at the corner of Bollywood Park. The beef was so delicious that the kids ate three portions.

Dubai is the most populous city in the United Arab Emirates and the richest city in the Middle East. Dubai covers an area of 3,980 square kilometers, accounting for 5.8% of the total area of the United Arab Emirates. It is the second largest emirate in terms of area after Abu Dhabi. The main pillar industries include logistics, trade, finance, and tourism. Dubai's economic strength also ranks first in the UAE. About 70% of the UAE's non-oil trade is concentrated in Dubai. Therefore, Dubai is customarily called the "trade capital" of the UAE and is also the economic and financial center of the Middle East.

Before I had been to Dubai, my impression of Dubai, like many others, was that it was "so majestic". After coming here, I feel that Dubai is not only a luxury place, but its technology is also very developed. Its application of scientific and technological achievements is truly world-class. The achievements not only condense the wisdom of Dubai people, but also bring experts from all walks of life to gather here to explore the reality of smart cities.

I have to say, this is really an eye-opening country.
