Beifengshan Forest Park was built on the basis of the original Yiyang Baizhu Garden, so bamboo culture is a major feature here. The park fully explores the history and connotation of bamboo culture, displays the long-standing bamboo culture and bamboo spirit of the Chinese nation, and allows tourists to enrich their knowledge while relaxing on vacation.

The park has beautiful scenery, numerous peaks and a large water area. The whole park is divided into four major scenic areas: Baizhuyuan Scenic Area, Beifeng Mountain Scenic Area, Xiangshan Scenic Area, and Pastoral Sightseeing Area.
