My experience was pretty good~ I was allowed to check in even without an ID card.

After sleeping until five o'clock, we set off to the ancient city for dinner and a show.

The ancient city is very ordinary, a plus version of Hangzhou Hefang Street. There is a heavy emphasis on commercialization, and the products sold are very Yiwu-like. The restaurants are all about snacks, and you can't even find a cafe.

But I didn't have high expectations. Isn’t it the point of all travel to go from a place where you are tired of staying to a place where others are tired of staying?~

Take a look around, shop around, and eat the marshmallows that are everywhere. What a down-to-earth happiness~

Will we go to Hefang Street during National Day in Hangzhou? Nope. So, even if you don't like the scenery, the family of three will have plenty of fun.

There are a lot of fish, and there are vendors selling fish food. 10 yuan a bag. I let my guard down and forgot to bargain. When night falls, the same fish food costs 10 yuan for 3 bags.

Every night, there is a light show on the lake. During the National Day days, the owner of the scenic spot added an additional 1 million, and there were additional fireworks displays.

There are two light shows every night. It seems to be once at 18:30 and once at 19:30 (I can’t remember clearly, please ask the hotel front desk). Watching the light show is free.

The bars along the street had set up seats early. There was no one there when we went. There is a minimum purchase, but it's not expensive, like 200 yuan per table, and you can sit and wait for the fireworks. (Only drinks and fruit plates are available)

I went to the nearby barbecue stall and ordered barbecue for dinner. (Unfortunately, as it just opened, the flow of people increased so much that we couldn’t keep up with the staff. It was slow and not delicious)

Sitting by the lake with the breeze blowing is quite comfortable.

Watching the lights on the other side light up one after another, I felt that everything was worth it.

The performance of the water trapeze is similar to that of Zhuhai Chimelong.

But what's more environmentally friendly is that the fireworks here seem to be electronic fireworks? There is no smell of gunpowder. During the trip to Zhuhai Chimelong, the microphone was so smelly that I cried because of the smell of gunpowder smoke. It was not environmentally friendly.

National Day & Mid-Autumn Festival, this situation and scene, although rustic, are festive and lively.

Currently, there are two good hotels to choose from in Huzhou: Animal World Hotel (close to the zoo, the theme is animals), Dragon Dream Diamond Hotel ( Close to the ancient city, and the show is in the Diamond Hotel).

Chen Xiansen thinks the Diamond Hotel is better, and he thinks the Animal World Hotel is extremely average.

I think Animal World Hotel is pretty good. The atmosphere is cartoony, the waiters are friendly, and the breakfast is very rich! After eating it for two days in a row, I felt pretty good.

There are braised meat, braised eggs, braised pig's trotters, braised door cavity, braised pig ears... There are also canned yellow peaches, and unlike ordinary hotels, the yellow peaches are cut into small cubes. This place is very atmospheric, with big chunks. They are all things I love to eat, and I think they are great.

After breakfast, we...went back to the room to sleep.

I played until almost 3:30 and the battery ran out. All I wanted to do was go back to the hotel and lie down. Although Mibao misses it very much, there are really no projects to play with.

As we walked out, I remembered that we were in a zoo?

In fact, there should be quite a lot of animals, but we didn’t see many of them.

I saw white kangaroos along the way, which were very cute.

It was only 4 pm when we came out. We didn’t have lunch, so we planned to have dinner in advance. The choices before me are: 1. Drive half an hour to Huzhou city to eat at a local restaurant. 2. Eat something nearby and go back to the hotel to sleep.

I'm quite torn between the two options. So Chen Xiansen encouraged Mibao to vote for KFC, and half the time he won, we chose option 2.

As you know, I don’t care about the scenery when traveling, but I do care about the food. Eating KFC for dinner, I really...

In one sentence, is like a Low version of a land cruise ship . It's quite suitable for a self-driving family trip around the area - just find a place to take the kids for a while, there are many activities, the schedule is not tiring, and the price is not expensive, what else do you want? !

The zoo is actually fun and can be spent in a day. We only played the rides in the pedestrian zone. It also has half of the car park area. You can drive into the car park area by yourself (300 yuan/car, extra charge), or you can enter with a ticket and queue up to take the free train (taking the train to tour the car park area is included in the ticket) , at no additional cost).

We were on National Day, so there was a long queue for the train, and Mibao wasn't interested in animals, so we didn't go. I asked the staff and avoided national holidays. There are not many people here on weekdays and the experience is better.

As for the hotel, the Diamond Hotel has more luxurious hardware and is convenient for watching performances. It is in the hotel and is relatively close to the ancient city.

The advantage of the Animal World Hotel is that it is close to the zoo and the rooms are cartoonish. Rich breakfast.

In fact, it only takes 5-10 minutes to drive to several places, not far.

Looking at the plans, Dragon Dream still has a large-scale park that has not yet been completed and will not be officially opened until next year/the year after. There are many hotels under construction in the surrounding area. If there are few people in the room, the price should not increase too much.

I saw many people online making bad comments about the hotel. They were dissatisfied with the conditions of the trial opening and said the hotel was too eager to make money...

How can I put it this way? I am quite a developer, because I have worked in a real estate development company for many years and I know very well the hardships of running large projects. It is normal for a large project to be short of money halfway through its operation.

Dragon Dream is said to be run solely by a private owner (I don’t know if there was any investment later). I think it’s quite courageous and it’s done quite well. It’s not easy for an entrepreneur, especially during this year’s epidemic. The most important thing is to survive, and we should have more support and encouragement.

What's more, after experiencing it, the hotel staff was very nice. Even at the National Day price, I personally think the quality and price are consistent (2 nights hotel accommodation includes breakfast for two + 2 wetland tickets although we did not play + 2 zoo tickets) .

Prices are usually lower and there are fewer tourists.

For a self-driving family trip to Jiangsu and Zhejiang, you might as well go there on the weekend.

But for friends from far away, it’s not worth the trip by plane.

For those who are demanding, wait 2 years before the facilities and services are improved before coming back.
