Partial introduction to the former site of the Ministry of Justice: The main entrance of the building faces west, with three main floors and one underground floor. There is a three-story tower with a multi-story hillside built in the middle. The tower has arched windows on the bottom floor and strip windows on the second and third floors. The ground floor of both wings of the building also has arch windows, and the second and third floors have strip windows. The top of the tower, roof and eaves are all decorated with sapphire blue glass tiles. It is the most Japanese-style building among the official buildings of the Puppet Manchukuo. The design plan for the Ministry of Justice Building of the Puppet Manchukuo State was also an alternative to the design plan for the State Council of the Puppet Manchukuo State at that time.
