Introduction to the State Council of the Puppet Manchukuo: The State Council of the Puppet Manchukuo is the main building in the old Eight Departments building complex. It is located at No. 2 Xinmin Street. It was founded in February 1933 and completed in 1936. The building is a reinforced concrete frame structure, with the main entrance facing west, a "mountain" shape in plan and a tower roof. The main body has five floors, two wings have four floors each, and one underground floor. The entrance hall uses two square side columns and four variable diameter garden columns to reach the top of the third floor. The tower has carvings with ethnic characteristics. Under the double eaves of the tower, four columns stand on the outside of the wall on each side. The roof is paved with brown sulfur glass. Tile, brown ceramic tile veneer on the exterior wall.
