Introduction to Baldwin Street: Baldwin Street is located north of the city center. It is a short and straight street and is known as the steepest street in the world. Since 2002, the "Cadbury Chocolate Carnival" has been held on this street every July. Tens of thousands of chocolate balls pour down from the top of the slope. Each chocolate ball is labeled with a number. The first 5 to reach the bottom of the slope will be the champions.
