Introduction to Wulongtan: Wulongtan was a passage from the Nanjing water system into the river during the Three Kingdoms period. It was originally called Qingshui Datang. According to legend, on the 19th day of the sixth lunar month in a certain year during the Jin Dynasty, an Oolong appeared in the pond playing in the water, so it got its name and it has been used to this day. In 1982, the Nanjing Municipal Government approved the establishment of Wulongtan Park. In September 1989, Wulongtan Park was completed and officially opened to the public.
