"This official motto was written by Huang Tingjian, a calligrapher of the Northern Song Dynasty, on the order of Emperor Taizong. It was given to the county and was erected in the south of the hall (lobby). It is called "Jie Shi Ming". It is one of the warning signs in the county government.
