This time at Jianyu Ridge, we are leading team building, but it is relatively easy to lead team building! After all, everyone knows each other and takes care of each other, and with the leader around, management is much easier. Therefore, I am the only one leading the team in Jianyu Ridge this time. What’s more important is that they only need one team leader. Haha, I don’t understand. Then I have to work hard for other team members to get the walkie-talkie to finish.

There is actually no scenery in Jianyu Ridge in spring. There are almost no flowers, and the trees are not green. The road is bare. Coupled with the recent severe haze, even on the top of the mountain, the range of sight is very small, and the mountains in the distance are all shrouded in In the misty haze. If the weather is good, you can not only see the trailhead, but also the Shangluo Mountains such as Caolian Ridge.

Because Jianyu Ridge is the highest peak in Linwei District, there is no shelter around it. The wind at the top of the mountain is often very strong, like a vent. If you have friends going there, don’t wear too few clothes because it’s hot in the city. It’s very windy and cold at the top of the mountain, so remember to bring a thick coat. But there are no guarantees, and it’s not necessarily going to be very windy or cold, but remember to bring a thick coat to take precautions and be prepared, right?

Every time I go up the mountain and see garbage thrown by others, I want to complain a few words, so every time I lead the team, I will emphasize again and again that littering is not allowed. This is also the minimum quality that everyone must achieve. Today, the team we led was generally very good. They brought a lot of garbage bags and packed up the garbage all the way down the mountain. There were also several outstanding team members who carried several bags of garbage down the mountain alone, which is worthy of praise.

However, among the 28 people in the team, two or three people came out who were not so conscious and had no quality. They littered the ground where we took two breaks. It really made people angry and strong. I suggest the owners of team building companies not to let such employees come to participate in activities in the future, and not to let such employees go into the mountains to pollute nature.

But don’t worry, everyone, my brother has cleaned up all the garbage and brought it down the mountain. Even if it was littered, he picked it up and brought it down the mountain. He picked it up along the way. Fortunately, there were not many places where it was thrown away. It’s just that the more people pick it up, the more irritable they become and the more they want to hit them, haha! This must be the first time that I lead a team and see my team members littering. I feel really guilty.

I also strongly appeal to other outdoor companies /team leaders . If you see the garbage thrown by your team members, you must criticize it in time. If you see the garbage thrown by your team members, pick it up and take it down the mountain. There are always some People are used to being incompetent, and they won’t listen no matter how much you emphasize, but as team leaders, we must lead by example. Since they are the ones we brought in, we will work hard to pick them up and take them out.

I don’t know what happened recently. I have been hiking continuously and suffered from insomnia for three days. The day before yesterday, I slipped and scratched my skin on my hand at Shaohua Mountain. It has been in severe pain for the past two days. It is still a bit awkward to hold chopsticks when eating. When I came back from hiking yesterday, my feet seemed to have been covered in hiking shoes for too long, and I contracted athlete's foot. It was very itchy, and I scratched my toes. Today, my toes can't touch the uppers of the shoes when I walk, which is really bad. . But I like it, I like the outdoors, I like nature, and I like breathing the fresh air in the mountains. Even if climbing brings all kinds of problems to my body, I will still stick to what I love for the rest of my life, until I die of illness and old age.
