How to get there:
The transportation to Nyingchi is very inconvenient. You can first take a flight to Lhasa and then take a bus to Nyingchi. The first bus leaves at 8:00 am. The road distance from Lhasa to Nyingchi Bayi Town is 633 kilometers. The ticket price is 155 yuan, and it passes through Medoggongka and Gongbu Gyamda.
In addition, if you want to go from Linzhi to major attractions such as Basong Co, you can rent a jeep at the Post and Telecommunications Bureau in Bayi Town. It can accommodate 6 people and costs 700 yuan for two days.
