After years of soil and water conservation, the Tianjiagou Soil and Water Conservation Ecological Scenic Area has natural scenery that is better than that of the south of the Yangtze River. It also has cultural heritage such as Queen Mother of the West culture, Loess culture, folk culture and water conservation ecological culture, which fully embodies the ecological concept of harmony between man and nature and harmony with nature. It has been successively rated as a national water conservancy scenic area and a national soil and water conservation science and technology demonstration park.

Tianjiagou Soil and Water Conservation Ecological Scenic Area is located in the northwest of Jingchuan County, 3 kilometers away from the county seat. It belongs to the Tianjiagou Basin of the Jinghe River System. The total planned area of the scenic area is 28 square kilometers. Millennium Earth Arrow Group , a water park with cool breeze and rippling water, a fishing center for meditation and entertainment, and the fascinating Jiuding Plum Blossom Pond with a long history.
