Ningxia Xiji Huoshizhai National Geopark, with white clouds at the foot of Danshan Mountain, overlooking the loess and blue waves, the morning glow brings the red sun up with it, and the dusk brings the new moon to the west. Huoshizhai is a typical Danxia landform. The strange mountains, strange rocks, lush trees, caves and grottoes are the five unique features of the scenic spot. Huoshizhai National Geopark is located 15 kilometers north of Xiji County, covering an area of 100 square kilometers. The scenic spot is composed of three major parts: Yuntai Mountain, Shisi Mountain, and Dashi City. There are eight major scenic spots including Love Bird Peak, Qipanliang, Zen Buddhist Temple, Ban Grottoes, Yuntai Mountain, Shisi Mountain, and Dashi City, as well as more than 30 grottoes excavated in the past dynasties, with flora and fauna.
