Hongshilin National Geopark is located more than 30 miles northwest of Guzhang. The core scenic area covers an area of about 20 square kilometers. How to get there:
Bus route:
1. In Zhangjiajie City, you can take bus No. 5 or 6 to the central bus station and take the Zhangjiajie-Wangcun bus, which takes about two hours. Get off the bus and take the bus to Hongshilin FIT Center.
2. In the Phoenix Scenic Area, you can take bus No. 1 at the Nanhuamen bus station to Fenghuang City North Bus Station, and take the Fenghuang-Jishou bus, which takes about an hour. After arriving at Jishou West Exit Bus Station, take the Jishou-Wangcun Bus Station, which takes about 50 minutes. Get off at Wangcun Station and take a bus to Hongshilin FIT Center.
