Kaifeng Tianbo Yang Mansion is a Song Dynasty garden pavilion building rebuilt in 1992 to commemorate and praise the achievements of the loyal ministers of the Yang family in the Northern Song Dynasty. The scenic spot is located on the bank of the beautiful Yangjia Lake, adjacent to the Longting Scenic Area, the site of the Northern Song Dynasty Palace, to the east, and to the west, China Han Garden and Qingming Shanghe Garden, covering an area of ​​2.6 hectares.
