Liancheng Sibao Ancient Town is the only living witness of ancient woodblock printing. It is currently the most complete one among the four major woodblock printing bases in the country during the Ming and Qing Dynasties. This is a record of ancient Chinese civilization leading the world. It was once famous for its prosperous woodblock printing industry. The printed books were said to be "marketed south of the Yangtze River and spread far overseas." Today, there are 34 relatively complete ancient bookshops in Sibao, as well as precious cultural heritage such as ancient engravings, ancient books, and ancient printing tools. This has also made the Four Forts attract countless celebrities at home and abroad to visit and conduct academic inspections. The famous writer Feng Jicai also left a conclusion that "the treasures of the past life will be the treasures of the future generations."

Sibao Ancient Town is located on the edge of Liancheng, Changting, Qingliu and Ninghua counties, with a total area of ​​58.78 square kilometers. There are many natural villages in the town.
