Scenic spot introduction:

Tongling Datong Ancient Town was once an important riverside town well-known at home and abroad. Together with Anqing, Wuhu and Bengbu, it was known as the "Four Major Commercial Ports" of Anhui and was known as "Little Shanghai". Time flies, and now, as one of the first batch of small towns with Chinese characteristics, Datong is a naturally interesting place with mountains and rivers matching each other. It is the north gate of Anhui’s “Two Mountains and One Lake” (Jiuhua Mountain, Huangshan Mountain, and Taiping Lake), and is also the location of the Tianmen at the top of Jiuhua Mountain. Old streets, ancient wells, tens of thousands of acres of beaches, floating houses, and the Yangtze River Aquatic Wildlife Conservation Center have all reappeared the style of the former large commercial port. It has a strong Jiangnan water town style and is a tourist attraction along the river.
