Buy a Sintra ticket from Lisbon's Rossio Station for 12 euros, which includes a one-day train ride between Lisbon and Sintra, a bus up and down the mountain in Sintra, and round-trip transportation to Cabo da Roca. One-way travel time: about half an hour.
