Wulong Karst Tourist Area is an organic part of the karst landform in southern China and an important representative of deep canyons. Furong Cave is divided into three major scenic areas. Recommended itinerary for a two-day trip from Chongqing to Wulong:
Day 1: Chongqing City → Wulong (Fairy Mountain, Three Natural Bridges or Furong Cave)
Arrive at Wulong at 7:30 in the morning, taste local specialties for lunch, then visit the "most beautiful cave in China", a world heritage site - Furong Cave; drive to Fairy Mountain, check in at the hotel, and taste roasted whole lamb in the evening. Day 2: Fairy Mountain → Chongqing City

How to get there:
There is a three-kilometer road outside Furong Cave that directly connects to National Highway 319 and passes through the tourist exit. There are 8 buses per day from Longtou Temple Railway Station; buses depart from Chaotianmen Bus Station on a rolling basis; self-driving cars can reach Wulong via the Yuyi Expressway-Changfu Expressway. In addition, the entire journey from Chongqing to Wulong takes 2 hours by expressway. Furong Cave is very close to the Tiansheng Sanqiao Scenic Area and Fairy Mountain, and the transportation is convenient.
