Dali Scenic Area is located in Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province. It was once the capital of the ancient Nanzhao Kingdom and Dali Kingdom. It has a total area of 1,016 square kilometers. It combines beautiful natural scenery, long history and culture, rich ethnic customs and pleasant climate. How to get there:
The transportation in Dali Scenic Area is extremely convenient. Dali Airport has flights to Kunming and Xishuangbanna in the province; tourists can also choose to travel by train, arrive at Dali Station and then take a bus to reach various places in the scenic area.
Tourists from Beijing can take the direct flight to Dali, flight number MU9747, taking off at 6:25 and arriving at 10:00; the flight from Dali to Beijing is MU9748, taking off at 21:00 and arriving at 0:25. There are also flights that stop in Kunming.
