Yuanjiang Dequn Manor is an ecological agricultural science and technology park integrating high-quality grape planting, precious seedling cultivation, cultivation technology training, landscaping, agricultural tourism and leisure. The manor is located in the southern suburbs of Yuanjiang City, a beautiful water town, and is an agricultural tourism demonstration site in Hunan Province.

Dequn Manor, formerly known as Dequn Grape Plantation, specializes in grape cultivation and has a history of more than 20 years of research, trial planting, and demonstration. In 1998, it was renamed Dequn Manor. At present, there are more than 1,200 varieties of precious flowers and trees, including more than 50 varieties of rare flowers and trees in the world. Visiting the manor is suitable for all seasons, but Yiyang City has warm winters and cool summers. Spring is cooler and rainier, so it is better to travel to Yiyang in autumn and winter.
