Scenic spot introduction:

The main landscape of Huashan Scenic Area is the large number of cliff murals created by the ancient Zhuang ancestors in the Zuojiang River Basin, which are praised as the greatest symbol of China's rice-growing culture. There are 64 large murals within the area of more than 2,800 square miles, with the most concentrated and representative ones in Huashan and Mingjiang. It is the largest, most content-rich and best-preserved rock painting of its kind in the world. It is regarded as a treasure of Zhuang culture and the best of the world's rock paintings. Its long history, the ancestors' painting ideas, painting methods and the age of the paintings are still the eternal mysteries of archaeology, attracting many domestic and foreign scholars and tourists to come for investigation, research and exploration.

Attractions distribution:

Huashan Scenic Area is located in Ningming and Long counties in the southwest of Nanning, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. The Huashan rock paintings in the area are characterized by continuous strips in their geographical distribution, among which the 200-mile riverside scenic belt is dominated by the Zuojiang ancient cliff murals; the 500-mile landscape and pastoral belt along the highway is characterized by the scenery passing through limestone peaks, peak forest depressions and river valleys; the 100-mile southern Xinjiang border scenic belt focuses on landscapes such as Pingxiang Yiguan and Daxin Detian Waterfall.
