The Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Museum is a provincial (autonomous region) level comprehensive historical museum and currently the only national first-level museum in Guangxi. It is located on the east side of Nanning Minzu Square. The main building, the exhibition building, is a large rectangular building with the characteristics of Zhuang ganlan architecture. Behind the exhibition building is a 24,000 square meter ethnic cultural relics garden with strong local characteristics. The Ethnic Cultural Relics Garden allows people to understand the ethnic customs of Guangxi in a concentrated manner in a limited time and space, appreciate the infinite ethnic scenery and taste, and enjoy the beauty.Attractions distribution:
The first to third floors of the main building of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Museum are used for exhibitions, and the fourth floor is used for offices. The basic displays include Ouluo relics and porcelain flowers. There are also temporary exhibitions and special exhibitions. Behind the exhibition building is a 24,000-square-meter ethnic cultural relics garden with strong local characteristics. The main attractions of the Ethnic Cultural Relics Garden include the Bronze Drum Sculpture Group, the Yao Granary, the Zhuang Ganlan, the Sultan of Brunei Dragon Boat Exhibition Hall, the Miao Diaolou, the Dong Drum Tower, the Dong Wind and Rain Bridge, and the Zhuang Stage. The Ethnic Cultural Relics Garden also has lively ethnic songs and dances and wonderful displays of ethnic skills.Scenic spot features:

Take bus Nos. 11, 23, 30, 33, 63, 205, and 211 to Cultural Relics Garden Station; or take bus Nos. 6, 34, 79, and 213 and get off at Minzu Ancient Town Intersection Station.

Travel Tips
travelling guideline:
The museum implements a free-of-charge policy and issues a maximum of 3,000 free admission tickets to the public every day. The invoice time is 9:00 → 16:00 on each open day.
1. Online ticket booking for individual visitors
Individual visitors can book tickets online through the website. Each valid ID card is limited to one ticket, and adults can bring one child under the age of 14 into the museum. After the reservation is successful, please go to the ticket office at the gate with your valid ID during the reserved admission period to collect the tickets. Overdue tickets will be invalid.
2. Individual visitors can collect tickets on site
Audiences should queue up at the invoice counter at the museum gate to receive free admission tickets and enter the museum at the specified time. The elderly (over 65 years old), disabled people, pregnant women and other people with limited mobility can give priority to receive free admission tickets under the guidance of staff.
The ticket is valid for one person and will be invalid upon expiration.
The museum invoice time is from 9:00 → 16:00 on each opening day. Tickets are limited and while supplies last.
