Xi'an Lintong Museum is a geographical history museum. The museum has a history of more than 30 years and has a collection of more than 10,000 cultural relics spanning five thousand years. It has four exhibition rooms including Zhou and Qin Art Rooms, Tang Dynasty Buddhist Art Room, Han and Tang Dynasty Art Room, Qin Terracotta Warriors and Horses Room, a gallery of stone carvings from past dynasties, and stone carvings of Ming Tombs. It has a collection of more than 17,000 cultural relics from the Neolithic Age to the Ming and Qing Dynasties, among which the earliest bronzes of the Western Zhou Dynasty, the gold and silver coffins unearthed from the Tang Qingshan Temple site, and the Sakyamuni Tathagata relic account are listed as national precious cultural relics.
