Zhuhai Museum is a local comprehensive museum under the jurisdiction of Zhuhai Municipal Bureau of Culture, Radio, Television, Press and Publication (Copyright Bureau), founded in June 1985. The main work of the museum includes the collection, research and display of cultural relics, as well as the investigation, excavation, protection and collection of local historical relics, promoting local historical culture, promoting patriotism education and improving Zhuhai's cultural taste.
The museum's collections include 21 categories, including ceramics, bronzes, calligraphy and painting, jades, bamboo and wood lacquerware, sculptures, seals, coins, and ethnic minority handicrafts. They include both living and production tools of Zhuhai's ancestors in the late Neolithic Age and cultural relics of famous Zhuhai historical figures in modern Chinese history.
