Zhangjiajie Xiuhua Mountain Pavilion is China's first private collection museum of Tujia Xiuhua Mountain Pavilion. It is praised as the "soul of Tujia" by tourists at home and abroad. The museum combines static ancient visits with dynamic Tujia folk customs. Excavating and displaying the Tujia people's unique folk culture such as song and dance music, festival celebrations, religious history, burials, marriages, etc., thus making the Xiuhua Mountain Pavilion a prestigious cultural landscape in Zhangjiajie.

The Xiuhua Mountain Pavilion in Zhangjiajie adopts the traditional Tujia courtyard-style walking-horse-turned-foot building structure. The internal display maintains the original format of a large Tujia family. Its collection includes sandstone paintings, wooden carved furniture, Tujia embroidered clothing, Tujia cross-stitch tapestry, and Tujia daily life. There are more than 15,000 pieces of exquisite folk art treasures such as supplies, etc., among which the Tujia carved drip bed and the Ming Dynasty colorful stone carvings are especially famous in the world.
