Scenic spot introduction:

Beihai Park was originally a palace built by the Liao, Jin and Yuan dynasties, and was used as an imperial garden by the Ming and Qing dynasties. It has a history of 900 years and is one of the oldest, most complete, most comprehensive and representative imperial gardens in China. Beihai Park is located in the city center, on the west side of Jingshan Mountain in the city and to the northwest of the Forbidden City. Together with Zhonghai and Nanhai, it is known as the Three Seas.
The whole garden is full of fantasy and is known as the "Fairy Mountain and Jade Pavilion". White Tower The temples on the south side are arranged along the mountain, leading directly to the archway on the bank of the mountain foot, and a bridge spans across it. Tuancheng of Chengguang Hall The momentum is coherent, echoing from the top of the mountain to the foot of the mountain in the north. Pavilions and terraces are hidden among the deep rocks, interspersed and intertwined, full of changes.

Beihai Park is located in the central area of Beijing, backed by Jingshan Mountain to the east and facing Zhongnanhai to the south. The park is centered on Beihai and covers an area of about 71 hectares, with 583 acres of water surface and 480 acres of land. It is conceived and laid out based on the mythical "One Pond and Three Fairy Mountains" (Taiye Pond, Penglai, Fangzhang and Yingzhou), with a unique form and rich fantasy.
