Shanghai Dongping National Forest Park is the largest man-made plain forest in East China. The natural scenery in the area is characterized by "seclusion, tranquility, beauty and wildness". It has been rated as one of the top ten tourist attractions in Shanghai and a famous tourist destination in Shanghai.

Dongping National Forest Park Dongping National Forest Park is located in the north-central part of Chongming Island, the third largest island in my country. It was formerly Dongping Forest Farm. The total forest area is 5,400 mu. The park is full of lush forests, clear lakes, singing birds, and rich wildness. There are many gardens in the park, such as the osmanthus garden, plum garden, cherry garden, maple garden, and rose garden. Dutch windmill ,rock climbing, Gate post , Sunbathing area , Beach bathing area , Paintball , Wilderness Paradise, Zipline , Grass Skiing , Golf, Horseback Riding , Karting The tourist facilities integrate forest sightseeing, conference tourism, leisure vacation, participatory entertainment and other functions, and are the best place for people to "return to nature".

Dongping Ticket Price:

Ticket price: 40 yuan/person.

Double ride: 15 yuan/hour.

Preferential policies:

1. Children under 1.4 meters are half price;

2. Elderly persons aged 70 and above can use the voucher for free;

3. 20% discount for groups of 20 or more.

8:00–16:30.

The best time to travel is from March to May every year when spring comes and flowers bloom.
