Qiqihar Longsha Park is the largest comprehensive park in Northeast China and the earliest park established in Heilongjiang Province. Because it used the old Seji site in the southwest of the city at that time, it was called Cangxi Park. Commonly known as the West Garden, it is located in Longsha Park next to the Lakeside Hotel, covering an area of ​​64 hectares, including 20 hectares of water area.

Qiqihar Longsha Park has five tourist areas: the cultural tourist area, including the library, Wangjiang Tower, Guandi Temple, Shougong Temple, Chengjiang Pavilion and other buildings. Laodong Lake Tourist Area, there is an island in the lake, and there is a lake in the island. Curved bridges and arch bridges meander through, and pavilions, terraces, and pavilions are dotted throughout. In the animal exhibition area, there are hundreds of species of animals including Siberian tigers, African lions, leopards, brown bears, moose and red-crowned cranes.
