The Revolutionary Leaders Memorial Hall was named one of the first batch of "Patriotic Education Bases" by the Heilongjiang Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government. In the same year, it was named one of the top ten "Moral Education Bases" by the Harbin Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government. Since the founding of New China, three generations of central leadership groups with Comrades Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping and Jiang Zemin as the core have shown deep concern for Heilongjiang Province. They have visited Heilongjiang Province many times for inspections and built a memorial hall. It is located at No. 1 Yiyuan Street, Nangang District, Harbin City.
