Scenic spot introduction:

Haizang Temple was first built in the Jin Dynasty. It is a famous ancient temple in Hexi region with a history of more than 1,700 years. Haizang Temple is located 2 kilometers northwest of Wuwei City. During the Yuan Dynasty, Sakya Pandita, the fourth generation patriarch of Tibetan Buddhism, took the opportunity to visit Liangzhou and donated funds to expand and renovate Haizang Temple and other four major temples in Liangzhou, making it a Tibetan Buddhist temple. It was expanded and renovated again in the Ming and Qing Dynasties. The temples are magnificent and the Buddha statues are solemn, making it an important temple on the Silk Road.

Attractions distribution:

Haizang Temple faces south and covers an area of 11,600 square meters. Mountain Gate , the main hall, Lingjun Terrace , Heavenly King Hall , Wuliang Hall The temple is well preserved, with lakes and mountains in front of it, farmland and villages all around, and ancient pines and cypresses towering into the sky. Kaizo Park , standing Lingjun Terrace Looking up, the lake is rippling with clear water, the winding river is crystal clear, wild flowers are blooming on both sides of the river, towering white poplars, swaying willows, and reeds swaying in the wind form a moving picture. It is a tourist attraction that combines cultural relics and scenery.
