The Four Kings Pavilion was built to commemorate the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom generals from Teng County, the British King Chen Yucheng, the loyal king Li Xiucheng, the servant king Li Shixian, and the visiting king Lu Shunde. It is an important cultural relic of the hometown of the Four Kings. Siwang Pavilion, formerly known as Siwangtai, was originally built on Dapingling (the old bus station) one mile southwest of Tengcheng Town. It was demolished due to the "Cultural Revolution" in 1967. The current pavilion was built in 1982 and moved to the foothills of Jigu Mountain. .

The Four Kings Pavilion covers an area of ​​66 square meters. It is a pavilion-style building with a square shape, 10.5 meters high and 4.5 meters wide. It has a reinforced concrete structure, square columns and cornices, and is covered with glazed tiles. The southeast side of the pavilion is engraved with the outlines of the Four Kings. The five stone slabs next to it are engraved with "The story of rebuilding the Pavilion of the Four Kings", "The Story of the King Chen Yucheng of England", "The Story of the Loyal King Li Xiucheng", "The Story of the King Li Shixian", and "The Story of the Lai King Lu Shunde".
