The Xushen Cultural Park Scenic Area in Luohe City has attracted a large number of tourists at home and abroad with its rich cultural connotation and unique charming landscape features. The cultural park is located in the east of Xuzhuang Village, Jishi Town, Zhaoling District, covering an area of ​​more than 150 acres. It was planned and constructed based on the tomb of Xu Shen, a national key cultural relic protection unit. In form, the scenic spot is a group of Han Dynasty-style buildings, which are rough, thick, and concise. In terms of content, it is themed to display Chinese character culture, supplemented by Confucian culture, and integrates classic cultural education, inspirational enterprising education, and advocating literature and virtuous education.

The buildings in the Xu Shen Cultural Park Scenic Area are symmetrically laid out according to traditional regulations, with three areas, one axis, and twelve nodes, distributed on a three-level platform from south to north. The service area of ​​the square is 32,000 square meters, including Liushu Square, Hanlin Pavilion, Zhuangyuan Hall, West Stele Gallery, East Stele Gallery, Chinese Dictionary Museum, and white marble screen wall. The central exhibition area is 33,000 square meters, with major buildings such as Hanzi Avenue, Zi Temple, Shuzhong Hall, Shuowen Hall, Story Corridor, Kuixing Pavilion, and Zixing Archway. Xu Shen's tomb protection area covers an area of ​​43,000 square meters, mainly including the cultural relics themselves and landscape sketches such as radical squares, glyph interpretations, origin stones, and Changui Mountain.
