Scenic spot introduction:

Baishi Mountain in Guiping is the 21st cave among the thirty-six caves of Chinese Taoism. It is known as the "White Rock Cave". The mountain has wonderful scenery and caves, which are steep, precipitous and beautiful, making it radiant from the view. It is located 35 kilometers south of Guiping City, Guangxi Province and 8 kilometers north of Madongwei. It is a typical Taoist Danxia landform with an altitude of 650 meters. The famous geographer Xu Xiake once visited here to investigate and wrote "Travel Notes on Baishi". The strange landscape of Baishi Mountain attracts tourists from all over the world.

The strange shape of Baishi Mountain is extremely majestic, with unique stone peaks rising from the ground, including what Taoism calls "yin and yang". On the mountain there are the Immortal Archway, Shousheng Temple, Sanqing Temple, as well as the ancient castle around the mountain, cliff stone carvings, Qingyu Gorge, Yunti, Shuyu Spring, Huixian Temple, Alchemy Stove, Wall-Facing Monk and Flying Squirrel Rock.

How to get there:

Bus route: There is a bus from Jinqiao to Guiping (one trip every half hour). After arriving in Guiping, you can take the minibus to Mattang or Luoxiu.

Driving route: Take the expressway in Langdong, get off the expressway in Guigang, take Nanwu Level 2 to Guiping, then take Yugui Level 2 to Matao.
