The Anping County Party Branch Memorial Hall in Hengshui, Hebei Province is located in Taicheng Village, Anping County, Hebei Province, the birthplace of the first rural party branch of the Communist Party of China, the "Taicheng Special Branch of the Communist Party of China in Anping County". In 1919, Gong Zhongtao, who was born in a peasant family, graduated from Beijing Fasheng University and met Li Dazhao while teaching. Under his introduction, he joined the Communist Party of China in April 1923 and was sent back to his hometown of Anping County to develop party members and start work. Establish the party's rural grassroots organizations. After Gong Zhongtao returned to his hometown of Taicheng Village, he first established a "civilian night school" in the village, and encouraged young farmers Gong Fengzhou and Gong Chengshan in the village to join the Communist Party of China. One day in August 1923, Gong Zhongtao and these two new party members jointly initiated the establishment of the first rural party branch of the Communist Party of China - the "Taicheng Special Branch of the Communist Party of China in Anping County", referred to as the "Taicheng Special Branch", which was directly influenced by the Communist Party of China.
